Cleveland State University – New Engineering Building

CBLH Design is currently working with Cleveland State on the Fenn Hall Renovation and New Engineering Building. After receiving a large donation, the University decided to rehabilitate the existing building as well as build a new Engineering building to accommodate today’s engineering education standards.

The project includes laboratory spaces for Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Civil/Environmental Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Engineering Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. It also includes classrooms, collaborative learning spaces and faculty offices.

The new building will be added to provide the College of Engineering a strong presence off Chester Avenue. The historic façade off East 24th street is going be restored.
