CBLH Design recently completed the design of a new 36,000 square foot, three-story office building for a group of physicians interested in setting up a central location for multiple practices. The Pearl Professional Building, LLC, is comprised of a group of investors that includes several physicians from Southwest Urology, Inc. These doctors currently operate in several locations; however, they discovered that there could be cost savings to being located in one building. At that point the decision was made to construct a medical office building in which they would be the anchor tenant.

In addition to Southwest Urology, office tenants may include other medical suites, general offices and a small coffee shop or restaurant. The project is also part of the City of Middleburg Heights' Southland development area. This existing "strip" mall is over 30 years old and within the past 5 years has been in the process of rebuilding itself as a viable economic and service center to the City. This new office building will be an asset to the city's master plan.
