Over the past 25 years, CBLH Design has been actively involved in the growth and development of Parma Community General Hospital. This 360-bed full service facility remains one of the few independent hospitals in the greater Cleveland area and serves a seven-suburb area that has experienced tremendous population growth.

CBLH recently designed a free-standing Outpatient Surgery Center/Medical Office Building on a site adjacent to the main campus. A climate controlled, enclosed walkway was designed to connect this building to the main Hospital. Parma Community General Hospital utilized the services of a nationally-known developer to finance and oversee the ASC/ MOB project. CBLH Design, as well as a construction manager, worked with the developer to deliver a thoughtful, on-schedule and on-budget solution.
CBLH Design continued working with the Owner on the design of multiple MOB physician suites, including the anchor tenant which occupies the entire first floor.
