The Ohio State University Medical Center – University Hospital East acquired a 136,000 square foot building for an outpatient clinic. The goal was to relocate strategic OSU Medical Center programs from existing locations throughout the Medical Center and Hospital East. Its aggressive design and construction schedule allowed for the complete design and renovation in only 9 months. This 3-story building houses over 20 departments. They include:

- Physical Therapy

- Cardiovascular/Pulmonary
- Internal Medicine
