CBLH Design completed design of a new 35,000 square foot, two-story medical office building attached to the previously constructed facility. This building houses five separate medical offices including Physical Therapy, Ophthalmology, Dental, Plastic Surgery and Internal Medicine. The building's main entrance has a two-story glass enclosed lobby that faces the new parking lot, creating a welcoming space for patients and visitors.
A unique aspect of this project was its approach. CBLH Design teamed with The Albert M. Higley Company in a design-build relationship to deliver the medical office building in a shorter than normal timeframe along with set financial boundaries.
