Twinsburg Medical Center Study

CBLH Design was commissioned by The Cleveland Clinic's Eastern Region Administrators and Real Estate Acquisitions Department to perform a study of several potential locations for a new Medical Campus in Twinsburg, Ohio.
The "Cascades Site" was selected as the preferred location for the new medical center. The site is made up of 85 acres, of which 60 acres are considered buildable. This site offers clear views and public access from Darrow Road. It also has high visibility from I-480 and the ability to have service entrances from access roads to the south of the site.
The project study concluded with 4 distinct phases of construction to provide the Cleveland Clinic a comprehensive medical care center. These phases are as follows:
Phase 1 – 47,000 SF Building
ED, Imaging, Lab, Physicians Offices, Rehabilitation Services, Center for Corporate Health Support
Phase 2 – 47,000 SF Building
Medical Office Building
Phase 3 – 60,000 SF Building
Cleveland Clinic Regional Medical Center
Phase 4 – 120,000 SF Building
100 Bed Hospital
In addition to the new medical facility design the Team studied how out-parcels could be developed allowing for other revenue sources for the project.
