Facilities Master Plan

CBLH Design was selected to assist the Northeastern Ohio Universities Colleges of Medicine and Pharmacy (NEOUCOM) in a 10 Year Master Plan. The purpose of the master plan was to expand their existing facilities to accommodate additional health programs. CBLH offered programming analysis, design strategies, utility analysis, and probable construction cost of all portions of the study.
The program includes various types of research/ laboratory spaces, a 300-seat auditorium, several classrooms, office suites, and student amenity spaces.

NEOUCOM is a community based public institution that provides interdisciplinary training of health professionals, offering both Doctor of Medicine and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees. The NEOUCOM educational consortium includes the Rootstown, Ohio campus, 8 teaching hospitals, 10 associated hospitals and 2 health departments.
CBLH Design has both university and healthcare experience to listen, respond and implement this Master Plan with numerous consultants and, above all, facilitate this ambitious plan for the future.
