A local printing company approached CBLH Design with the desire to relocate its facilities to a 10,000 square foot business park space in Strongsville. This company needed to accommodate its growing pre-press and press-room/warehouse areas, as well as administrative and design departments. The existing building shell was transformed into an integrated combination of warehouse and work areas. Work flow was evaluated resulting in a design emphasizing communication between all departments. The front office area promotes design staff creativity while showcasing works-in-progress for visiting clients.
