Since 1990 the Flair Corporation, a property management company, has used CBLH Design's architectural services to entice potential tenants to rent space as well as to expand existing tenant spaces. The "fit plans" generated by CBLH Design allow both the tenant and the client to examine the square foot area and to review the removal of existing walls as well as the location of new walls. In certain lease agreements we have been asked to perform services beyond the standard scope, e.g., furniture arrangements, interior design and special lighting applications.

Altogether, CBLH Design has renovated five buildings containing 94 office spaces for a total of 250,000 square feet. We developed all the necessary construction documents with computer drafting to attain the building permits. After the permits were approved we remained available on an "on-call" basis to provide a thorough and complete process that is satisfying for all parties involved.
